The women of Congregation Eilat have been a vital component of the Synagogue since its inception. Warm and caring women have made a positive contribution to the perpetuation of traditional Judaism in the home, the synagogue, and the community. Dedicated women have enhanced synagogue life and met the community's needs in a variety of ways: organizing the weekly Onegs and Kiddushim for Shabbat, providing programs for the synagogue and community, connecting with congregants at home, teaching, leading services or just being there to serve in whatever capacity they are needed.

Congregation Eilat has a number of ongoing events as well as specific programs for women occurring throughout the year. Some of the programs are designed simply for relaxing and having a good time together. Others incorporate social action issues. There are also many opportunities to study and pray with one another.
